2: How it works
First, we get to know you. We do a phone call to make sure you meet our standards in experience and availability.
Then we get to know you very well with an interview, in person or online. We ask lots of questions to see how your experience has molded you.
We will perform reference and, background checks.
If we have a good match, we will contact you about a specific family to see if you feel they are a good fit. If so, we will contact them and tell them all about you. If they want to talk with you, we will set up a time for an interview, either by phone, online or in person.
If a family picks you, we will discuss a rate of pay and benefits. If all sounds good to you, we will move forward with the employment contract, which is between you and the family.
Once you are hired, we will be here in case you need any type of support or have any questions.
3: Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of childcare experience or equivalent (at least 1 year must be as a private nanny) High school diploma Excellent references Legal status to work in the US Bachelor’s degree, associate’s degree or certification (or equivalent experience) Must be completely proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking) At least 21 years old Nonsmoker No criminal record Valid driver’s license with great driving record CPR/First aid certified or willing to get before employment Fluent in other languages a plus but not required I look forward to meeting you!
