I have a true love for children and a knack for matching amazing families with fabulous nannies.
My history includes many years of management, but later I transitioned into my true calling, caring for children. I have been a nanny for over 15 years including nanny shares for years. I have had an in-home daycare. I have also taken a number of early childhood education classes. These numerous experiences enable me to have a tremendous understanding of the needs of happy families and nannies alike…I believe that raising our next generation of children is one of the most important jobs in the world, and I take my work very seriously. I am the in-between person, I am the one who wants the family and the nanny to be happy.

Elite Nannies sorts through the applicants to ensure we find the most skilled nannies with relevant and complete knowledge and training! We require amazing background experience and encourage seasoned nannies to apply. For full time experience our nannies must have at least 5 successful years and references as a nanny or equivalent. Our part time nannies must have at least 3 years of successful nanny employment or relevant experience. Our Newborn Care Specialists must have 2 years experience or equivalent. Our house managers must have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Nannies not only care, teach and nurture our little ones, they also enrich the lives of the whole family. Depending upon the needs of the family, some nannies help with cooking exquisite meals, or help teach new languages to our kiddos.
Nannies must be CPR/First aid certified or be willing to be certified before employment can begin. Nannies must pass a background check, and a driving record before interviews can begin. In some cases, a nannies car will be used, so must be able to show proper insurance.
For nannies, we here at Elite nannies are pre screening families so that we are able to make a good match. We are the middle person who can answer questions about specific families, wants, needs and desires. Our goal is to make the perfect match so that everyone is happy!

- First, we get to know you and your family so we can understand your lifestyle well. We ask lots of great questions so we can really know what your family’s needs and wants are.
- Then we search through our exceptional candidates and find a handful that could potentially be a phenomenal match!
We set up the initial interview on your terms, on the phone, online or in person. - When you have found your perfect nanny, we start the employment process.
- We are always here to answer any questions, concerns or give you any information that you may need!
